How much time does it take to process an order ?
The expected period of time between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped can take up to 48 hours. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping the order :
We ship with Canada Post via Xpresspost. When you receive the tracking number in your email, this only means that the order is ready and we printed the shipping label. Because of current circumstances, we can’t ship on weekends.

How much time until I receive my order ?
Knowing that Xpresspost delivers in 1 to 3 days, you can expect your package 3 working days after you received your tracking number.

Total time
You can expect delays of 7 days or 5 working days for the whole process to be completed. The whole process being when you order until you receive it on your doorstep.

**All days of the week are working days for CreationSylbene so the 48 hours to process the order counts on weekends but we can’t bring the packages to Canada Post on weekends.

I chose the pickup option, how much time until I can pick-up my order ?
All orders are ready for pickup in 48 hours or less. Please wait for the email to ensure your order is ready and instructions for a contactless pick-up.
