There are no return fees
It is free to return an item to creationSylbene and you have up to 14 days after the reception of your goods to send them back. A prepaid shipping label will automatically be sent to you to your email in order to return the item.

Your reimbursement will automatically be issued in a delay of maximum 7 days after creationSylbene received the item(s). The amount reimbursed will be equal to the one(s) returned.

I received a damaged item, what should I do ?
Please take a picture of the damaged goods and write to us through our Facebook page or email : creationsylbene@gmail.com and join the picture. As per your preference, we will reissue or reimburse.

I did not receive the right order, what should I do ?
We will reissue the order as soon as we hear of our mistake. Contact us through our Facebook or by email : creationsylbene@gmail.com
